By downloading, accessing, or using Yori (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yori is a travel planning application that allows users to:

• Save and organize travel destinations
• Extract places from social media content (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Chat with an AI companion to explore your saved places
• Receive proximity alerts for nearby saved places
• Collaborate on trip planning with others
• Share travel stories and experiences

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Yori
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (saved places, trip stories, etc.). By using Yori, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Places extracted from YouTube, Instagram, and other sources belong to their original creators. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

• Location features require your explicit permission
• You can disable location access at any time
• Foreground location is used to suggest nearby saved places while the app is open
• Location accuracy depends on your device and network conditions

8. Third-Party Services

Yori integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or content.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Yori name, logo, and branding are our property
• The App's design, code, and features are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• This includes damages from travel decisions made based on our service

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
